This coater converts hot-melt adhesives into thin PSA by pushing the adhesive through a slot die and onto film, paper, foil, etc, where it is laminated and chilled before being rewound. This coater has corona treatment to assist in the lamination of the hot-melt to the facestock.
Coat Width: The die that is currently on the press is capable of 12”. Typically coats 9.50”, or less using shims.
