Turret Control: 2 or 4 Reel Shafts mounted on a revolving Circular Turret 

Construction: Solid and Sturdy construction with solid steel cross-member frame, to allow for stability and longevity. The carcass of the machine will be pre-treated with a pre-coat and then painted with an 2 Pac (automobile) paint suitable for industrial machinery. The Turret and all mechanical parts will be made of high tensile Steel and all suitable parts coated with Black Oxide and anodized where appropriate. 

Material infeed: Electro-mechanical infeed to register with line speed of parent converting or printing machine. The Turret will be connected to the line speed of the parent machine using a Logic infeed, which will be interfaced with the press.

Torque: 60nm 

Movement: 360° Clockwise 
All gears to be hard & ground.
Operating Controls with motor.

Motor: 15 kw (20.1HP) Flange mounted motor 
Guard: All guards will include secure safety switches and are regulated to meet all CE regulations. 

Electric: All electrics to meet all CE regulations with an E-Stop located on the Operating Panel and the Drive side. 

Drive: PLC Controlled. 

Drive Speed: 250-300m/min (depending on the material being wound) 
Sequenced and drive controls are driven by flexible tooth belts, and included are electric magnetic clutches to control the function of the Turret rewinder effectively. 

Power: 480 or 250Volts 3 Phase 50/60 Hertz 
Power supply should be within 6 metres, which is the customers responsibility
